COMMERCIAL AIR CONDITIONING DESIGN & INSTALLATION
SCHEDULED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Aus Chill carry out scheduled preventative maintenance to a wide variety of customers with varying types of A/C and refrigeration equipment from split systems, under bench fridges and ice machines to Multi story VRF, Chillers and Supermarket rack systems. On buildings where VRF/VRV/DX systems are installed, we can offer a level of service & maintenance that far exceeds industry standard. Our combined understanding of diagnostic tools, onsite controls systems and HVAC operation principles means that we are confident that we can diagnose and offer a solution to any ongoing maintenance issues that you may have.
BUILDING CONTROLS & ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
We have the experience of designing and commissioning the proprietary and D.D.C controls systems for over 280 commercial mechanical tender projects including some of the states key projects through previous experience.
We are able to design, program and commission controls systems to suit a number of control strategy's and applications within the commercial and industrial sectors.
We have previously designed and commissioned numerous energy management systems on key projects over the years. We specialise in apportioned VRF/VRV energy data and ongoing management of both of system settings and trend data.

We are passionate about improving energy efficiency within our industry and consistently come across existing buildings were simple changes to controls and setup could have a dramatic effect of overall building power usage.
We are seen as the industry leaders in improving VRF efficiency and control and regularly consult and advise many of the states biggest mechanical contractors and facility managers.
We are confident we can decrease power usage across the system through a combination of tailoring system setup, onsite controls and utilizing specialised software to trend system operating performance.

COMMISSIONING
All of our systems are fully commissioned to ensure the correct airflows, system pressures, temperatures, water flow and system controls meet design requirements. All equipment is commissioned using specialised equipment and software. All control commissioning is tested point to point.
We ensure that each system is commissioned to operate in the most energy efficient way.
SPECIALISEST IN VRF/VRV COMMISSIONING
We provide specialised setup and commissioning for VRF/VRV systems. As part of this process we provide the following service.
We set all fan coil, condenser and refrigerant port addresses.
Select & configure the correct temperature sensing position and any other settings that will improve system performance.
Use specialised diagnostic software to ensure the system is operating correctly with the right temperatures and pressures.
Provide detailed commissioning reports backed up by trend data at the end of the job.
