Aus Chill Technical Services is owned and operated by Aidan Barnett who with the senior members of his team, have over 30 years of experience in the commercial HVAC-R industry. This experience ensures that we can exceed all client and stakeholder needs, adding value through reliable, prompt and professional HVAC-R services.
Our operations commenced in March of 2013 and have been steadily growing since our commencement and we are now focussed on commercial construction works as well as service and domestic installation. We are the warranty agents for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and also offer domestic service and maintenance for customers throughout the year. We also offer a 24/7 breakdown service for our commercial and domestic customers.
With our team of qualified and experienced Refrigeration Technicians, Pipe Installers and Duct Fitters we can carry out any refrigeration and air conditioning work you may require to a high standard.
We have an inhouse building controls and energy management system division which works along side our installation, service and maintenance division to help reduce installation and future energy usage costs.
We have industry leading experience installing and commissioning commercial VRF/VRV systems along with developing and commissioning their associated control systems. Our commissioning manager has technically managed and commissioned the onsite D.D.C systems for over 280 recognised commercial projects throughout W.A which include key projects such as Woodside Pluto.
We can offer a level of service & maintenance on buildings where VRF/VRV/DX systems are installed that far exceeds industry standard. Our combined understanding of diagnostic tools, onsite controls systems and HVAC operation principles means that we are confident that we can diagnose and offer a solution to any ongoing maintenance issues that you may have.
With a commercial customer base extending from the City of Nedlands & City of Kalamunda, along with our various commercial builders and companies in between, we are able to accommodate all clients and meet their needs for service, repair and installation.
